instructions were terrible! The picture is how it looks after Assembly HOWEVER it is significantly shorter than i imagined. It would be impossible for a washing machine to fit. The toilet is sits over is very small and short (due to its age) and the lid hits. The cabnet doors were a major challenge to align.

The 2nd hinge for the door is the wrong size and the door will not close. It's smaller in size then I expect and doesn't fit my needs for my bathroom. So instead of going thru the headache of a return I will donate the item and I placed an order for a different one. The 2 stars is for someone who just might love it.
