Instruction

Using Method:

1. Thread the end of the webbing from the outside to the inside through the center slot.

2. Bring the end of the webbing out from above the center slot.

3. Rock the handle back and forth, tightening the webbing as the shaft rotates, securely binding it.

Release Method:

1. Lift the spring clip above the handle.

2. Open the handle into a straight position.

3. Pull the webbing to release and loosen it.
