Coverage. Conversions Tech warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of retail purchase. This warranty applies when the product is installed by qualified personnel, used within its published electrical/mechanical/environmental ratings, and maintained per instructions, codes, and good industry practice. Remedy. At our option, Conversions Tech will repair, replace with the same or functionally equivalent product (new or refurbished), or refund the purchase price paid for any product confirmed defective during the warranty period. Replacement parts/products assume the remaining warranty of the original item or 90 days—whichever is longer.
