Good Yoga

I have never done yoga before but this was a good DVD. It was step by step and easy to follow and it really worked your muscles.

Great workout dvd

This is a great yoga dvd with two thirty minute workouts. Sara Ivanhoe is an awesome instructor and this dvd was well worth the money I paid.

Great workout

The instructions are clear and easy to follow even when you aren't looking at the screen. I am not experienced at yoga and had no problem following the cueing; it was a great workout.
