Broad protection – effective against a wide range of pathogens, including yeast, fungi and antibiotic-resistant bacteria (MRSA and VRE). Long-lasting – effective up to 14 days. Cut to size – can be cut, folded or fluffed. Versatile – may be used as a primary dressing or with absorbent wound fillers. Safe in use – meets ISO 10993 standards. Non-irritating to skin. Can be moistened with wound exudate,sterile normal saline, sterile water or liquid hydrogel.
