Best that I've tried!
I have been using this enzyme for a couple of years for my lactose intolerance and it is by far the best! I have tried others but nothing has worked like Swanson's! I take 1 or 2 capsules before a meal that contains dairy (depending on how much dairy is in the meal). Definitely recommend this product!
