It works
I've tried this before since I suffer from bloating, gas and painful stomach problems. It worked then and it's working now. I will not let myself run out again. Note, you will be uncomfortable in the beginning, but don't let this discourage you. It will take at least a week for your tummy to get use to. It will be worth it. I also changed my diet a bunch too - but feel like if I don't take probiotics, things go a little sideways again. Great value for 100 capsules, and no weird aftertaste like some veg capsules have. Seems to work as well as any other brand!
