WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED, THE DRIVER NEVER NOTIFIED ME THAT THE CAKE WAS OUTSIDE. I HAD ORDERED TWO ICE CREAM CAKES. THEY WERE LEFT OUTSIDE FOR AN UNDETERMINED AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE BOTH MELTED. I HAD TO THROW THEM AWAY BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T ICE UP AGAIN.
