Great to mix small spoonful with pet medication!

I crush my cat's thyroid pill and mix it with a tsp. of meat baby food. I then store the opened jar in the refrigerator. Turkey and ham are her favorite flavors. This was recommended by my now retired veterinarian. No struggling with attempting to shove a pill down her throat with her sharp teeth.

My elderly cat loves it

I don't eat it myself but my old cat loves it. I feed him at least a jar a day in several servings because he won't eat much of the canned cat food, no matter how expensive it is and I'm trying to keep his weight up. This is a good vehicle to administer extra vitamins, glucossamine, various meds, etc. I get the ham or chicken, The good thing about Walmart is that you can get a box of 12.

This was bought for my cats: chicken or turkey flavors. When cats get sick and can't smell, they sometimes stop eating. Cats will still eat this and they love it. Also use as an occasional treat. Can be mixed in with regular cat food. Even a friends rescue kitten that needed to have all the teeth removed because of infection %26 stopped eating, ate this while recovering. Do not feed too often or your cats will stop eating regular cat food waiting for you to give them this. I keep some stocked just in case. It is a little pricy but my cats are worth it.
