Great for Conditioning!
I love these caps because they trap the heat from your hair and I feel as though I get a much deeper conditioning from these caps than the traditional ones.

Perfect for hair deep conditioners and oils. The foil maintains the heat from your head to absorb conditioners. You can also use it with the heat from a hair dryer.

Holds heat
I used it for about 2 years before the elastic stated coming out...it never streched like most elastic does. I love how it holds in body heat to help condition the hair and its big enough to fit over my afro.
