I have now been wearing these shorts for 3 months straight, once or twice a week. As soon as they are clean again I wear them again. I am 5ft 4 in and 115 pounds. I have had 1 baby and lots of shorts that fit everywhere else actually pinch my stomach, especially after a meal. So these shorts are my favorites! The elastic waistband is great and they still have good fit everywhere else. I bought the small. Now I will say there was a bit too much fabric in the crotch and I did have them tailored a bit to turn them into my number one favorite shorts of all time. But yes the waistband is amazing. The color is exactly as pictured. The length is great- modest compared to booty shorts but notfrumpy at all. I trimmed the fringe just a little and it's perfect. The material is holding up great to all the washes and wears.
