This was the BEST purchase I could have made for my kitchen! To provide more context, I am someone who despises cutting,chopping, and anything else related to using a knife. I've used them to cut open food packages, cut bacon, cut the ends off of asparagus... they are very sharp and sturdy and can be used for many jobs in the kitchen. I personally just toss them in the dishwasher after and they're ready for the next time I need them!
