Great dish!

This is my first time trying Étouffée. I personally added shrimp, salt and some crushed red peppers. Served it over white rice and garnish it with chopped green onions. This was a great meal and I will be buying again! Since my family likes to switch things up now and then. I try to find things that's not usually in our diet, but this Etuoffee was great, maybe next time I make it I will add some veggies.
