Natural glandular Pancreas Pork 720

I need really the glandulars.I am a cancer patient (ovarium-cancer with recedive after fortheen years (2006/2020). Without the glandular I couldn't subsist. It make a big difference when I take it.

30 years of hypo glycemia and every time I have a reaction I can literally stop it immediately with pancreas glandular, also use liver glandular
