Great Quality, Especially For The Price!
As a nutritional consultant, I generally recommend individuals over 40 years of age use good quality, plant-based digestive enzymes. These fit the bill for much less than comparable brands.I use these digestive enzymes, as well as Swanson's Probiotic Complex to maintain GI health.

I had never used enzymes before. The first time I tried these, took them with me when my daughter and I went to eat Italian food. She made the statement that she would end up with indigestion and possibly loose stools. We each took 2 right before the meal as directed.Later my daughter experienced none of her normal reactions to the spicy food. I sometimes have food to stick on the way down, but when I do the ezymes first no such difficulty. I have even taken them right after a meal when I have forgotten, and had the same good results! I plan to use these the rest of my life!! Very pleased with the natural results and thrilled with the price!!
