Great Quality, Especially For The Price!
As a nutritional consultant, I generally recommend individuals over 40 years of age use good quality, plant-based digestive enzymes. These fit the bill for much less than comparable brands.I use these digestive enzymes, as well as Swanson's Probiotic Complex to maintain GI health.

Optimal Health with Swanson Ultra Full-Spectrum N-
Where digestive and food enzymes are concerned, N-Zimes fulfills my body's need for optimal enzyme levels. I feel more energetic when I am on enzymes over a period of time and without changing any habits at all while taking them, I find that I lose weight since I am not eating a lot to satisfy my body's cry for nutrition.
