Rainguard Wood Sealer absorbs into the surface and forms an invisible protective barrier that resists weather, water, and stains on unpainted and previously unsealed wood surfaces. It helps to prevent the growth of mold and mildew, and is safe to apply on indoor or outdoor projects because it has little to no odor and zero VOC’s. Wood Sealer allows the surface to breathe and grey naturally while still providing moisture protection. Unlike conventional water repellents, our water-based Wood Sealer is available in concentrate form so you never have to spend extra money on water and excessive packaging.

This wood sealer is the best. I used it to seal my brand new real hardwood floor, which is now safe from spills and scratches, but you can't even tell that anything is there. It's not thick or shiny, just protection on the d.l. It was also really easy to spray on and dried relatively quickly.
