I am super picky choosing my cutting boards, having a chef in the house She will be on my case if the cutting board was made of wood lol ( cross contamination) bla bla bla… So I read these are made of wheat and I already have some bowls made the same way so I know it's going to be good! Love the fact that I have three sizes, which I use the large for cutting meats, medium for poultry and small one for cutting veggies! For cleaning is so smooth that nothing gets stuck ( chicken fat) slides so smoothly! I got the green color to match my colorful kitchen! After cutting chicken, for instance, I usually have to give a cutting board some elbow grease to scrape off chicken residue, but definitely not with these cutting boards. Things like cutting carrots dont leave a stain either. Highly recommended.
