Jones Dairy Farm Hickory Smoked Canadian Pork Loin Bacon in the 6oz package was very delicious when heated for sandwiches. Bacon is fully cooked but wanted it to be heated to melt the finely shredded cheese. Not many slices in the package but is a quality product which we enjoyed! Also, it is great with an egg on an English Mufin! I like to add lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese! Good for a meal anytime of the day or night! The texture is that of a pork loin ham and with imagination, Canadian Bacon can be used for many different dishes that will be very special!
