I didnt put it togethjer myself - 2 people did - but I heard no complaints. The piece is heavy has soft closed doors and adjustable shelves. The pine color is also pretty and I am sure if I wanted to make it darker I could stain it darker. I did want it taller though and I am not sure how easy it will be to put legs on it. I'm an old man but it only took me a little more than an hour to put it together. Best instructions I've ever gotten, detailed and exact. This cabinet is HEAVY, I had to more it on sliders to the room I needed it in without the doors, put the doors on in the room I moved it to in order to lessen the weight. It is rock solid.
