I'm 5ft 7.5”, %26 weighs 167 pounds. I have wide shoulders. I purchased a medium. It fits great. It does have stretch. It definitely needs a tank/blouse underneath. It can be worn buttoned down, or open front. The color can be worn with anything. I would wear a long sleeve underneath during the winter. The material is good. I purchased 2 without regrets.
