this is a go to in house for breakfast for my toddler grandson He loves all flavors but the banana strawberry and vanilla berry are his favorites. The texture is great and easy to digest and satisfies his hunger. i also personally taste all the food my grandson eats to ensure it not garbage or something I would not want to eat.
