Satisfying

It is, of course, difficult to ship cakes in fresh condition. This cake comes close enough to it to be satisfying, and reasonably rich and tasting of chocolate. We found it best served in narrow slices with a dab of cream or ice cream as a lubricant.

Good Chocolate Flavor

This cake is a little dry (to me) but the chocolate favor is very rich and good. I would serve with a small scoop of ice cream or maybe whipped cream.
