Modern Masters Front Door Paint Satin Acrylic - Vibrant Green - 1 Qt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this paint to refresh a metal storm door, the main front door and plastic shutters. I've gotten great results with all. One small container was enough to cover both doors. I found the formula quite different from most paints. The first coat applied almost translucent and I was concerned the coverage wouldn't be good. When I applied the second coat, the color became saturated and beautiful. The color in the container becomes blue after sitting for a while but after a good shake, it really does come out as a rich black with a gloss finish. I used a cabinet roller to avoid paintbrush marks on the doors. I painted it directly on the metal door and shutters with no primer but I primed the main door and frame. The cold weather snuck on us and I still need to apply one last coat on the frame which I can't wait to do when it's bit warmer out. I already love how everything looks. The black color adds a lot of character to what used to be a plain white door. Next Spring, I'll get another bottle to paint all the shutters that remain. I highly recommend this paint.

One can does the job. The paint goes on smoothly and leaves a nice satin finished after painted. There are no streaks after dry. I used to coats. Anyone can use this paint whether you a professional or beginner.
