Awesome portion control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to bring healthier lunches to work. I love the different compartments and you can just put the whole container in the microwave! I always pop the lid open first to let steam out. The 3 compartments can hold two sides and a main food. They're super easy to clean and also microwave safe.

Great for meal prep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the Rubbermaid 8pc meal prep containers. They don't take up a lot of space in my fridge. They are very sturdy and the lids don't come off on their own.it has 3 compartments that are reasonably deep. These are great for meal prepping.

Great for meal prep

The bigger section of the container is actually pretty deep, allows for a lot of food storage or big pieces of meat for instance. I use them for proteins, carbs and vegetables.
