Issue with the leg of chair c

The quality is good, I liked them, the color is great, and everything is good except for one thing: when I was adjusting them, one of the chair legs couldn't be adjusted because the screw was turning at the same time as the lever inside the leg, and it couldn't be adjusted. I don't know how I can get a replacement chair leg because it keeps moving.
