It definitely makes a BIG difference when I take this supplement, as I felt GREAT when taking it, and when I gave out, and didn't take it til ordering and getting more - I felt bad til getting more in, then felt Great again when I took it again. I benefit from THIS Lee Swanson Brand, as used a different one, and it didn't work.
