Does what it needs to do

I bought this desk when I needed to quickly put together a home office. I already had the 6 cube organizer that matches, so thought I could combine it, with this desk, as sort of a makeshift L-shape desk. It arrived a few days sooner than originally estimated. Was easy to put together (took myself and my tween about an hour and no one had any meltdowns lol). Its pretty sturdy for the price, but light enough (~70%23) that it can easily be moved around. All in all, for the price point, I'm very happy with this desk, and it was exactly what I needed.

Almost didnt buy based on the negative reviews around building and bad building instructions. One of the best manuals that I have seen so far. My thought is that maybe these people 1 arent reading the directions or they maybe havent built furniture before? we have kids and so building things is now second nature. Great desk, love it, trouble getting bins

Great desk, but I do have to warn you about the H-shelf inserts from Better Homes %26 Gardens. If you get them, the half-sized bins won't fit. I got bins on Amazon, instead. The ones I got were the "JAKAGO Fabric Storage Bins set of 4 Rectangle Storage Baskets with Handle Foldable Closet Organizer for Clothes Towel Toys Books Collapsible Clothing Container for Shelves Bedroom Playroom (Low-Beige)" I'm adding a photo of how the desk now looks with the H-shelf inserts and the Jakago bins. Oh, the desk has a hidden cord storage drawer all along the back top of the desk. It is really cool and I've never seen one like that before. You just lift it up, drop all the cords and charger boxes in there, put the electric cord through a hole in the back, and everything is very nicely hidden away but also very easily accessible. Best system I've seen yet.
