I have used this for approximately one week. Someone suggested it to me because I have on several occasions had stiffness and soreness in both my knees. The only thing I noticed that the sprayer on the bottle seems to sick and I'm unable to get the product out at times. However using the instructions it does seem to help. I'm still using it and have noted less pain at night.

I purchased this for my DOG. Yes, Dog. He chews his feet like they were made of beef bones! All day and night. Vet could find nothing that helped. I sprayed this on his pads and rubbed it in.
