A must for major insomnia!
I have diagnosed and medically treated insomnia and have had the majority of my adult life. The ZzzQuil nighttime sleep aid is the only over the counter brand that works for me. I've tried all other brands and types, even comparable brands and none of them will work for me. Only ZzzQuil. It comes in a small variety of different flavors, my favorite is the warming berry. It does not have that traditional medicine taste and is very easy to swallow. It is also very easy to use. They provide a pre-measured cup so you know exactly how much to take without risk over taking too much. I've been on prescribed sleep aids which I was not a fan of taking. The ZzzQuil is far more convenient and does not require a physician. Because it does contain 10% alcohol, it does have a really good child proof cap preventing little ones from being able to get in and drink it. The next morning I always wake fresh and not groggy at all. I love it so much I also started my husband on it as well. He now sleeps like a rock whereas he used to be a light sleeper, which is not good since I'm a night owl. I definitely recommend and we will forever be a customer.
