My 7 year old bought this with his birthday money. The first one arrived and wouldn't turn on or charge. We figured it was just a defective one so ordered a replacement. The replacement came and also will not turn on or charge. I tried all the trouble shooting I could find in the manual and online because I thought surely this is us not knowing what we're doing. Nothing worked. Both items were large paper weights. I messaged the company and the only resolution they gave was to return it so I'd imagine they know it's a problem when they don't even try to troubleshoot it. If you're buying as a gift, take it out of the box and make sure it works before the return window closes!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Just recently opened because weather has gotten nice and she's been wanting to use it. Charged overnight and it would not turn on. My husband contacted the company and they did send a new battery only it was a lemon as well and after charging it it would not turn on either. He contacted the company again only to be told we were out of the warranty window. Lesson learned….try to see if product works as soon as possible. Obviously the product is not made well and it sucks we are now stuck with a brand new one straight out of the box that does not work.
