Cute outfit.

I like the outfit because of the colors. My Grandson loves Elmo and thought this will be a great gift for him. My Grandson is only 18 month so the size 2T in the shorts are big and does not have a draw string for adjustment, that is the only wrong thing I see on that. Material is ok for the price, could be worn as a Pajama or to play. T shirt is fine, just like the picture, have not wash the outfit, so I will see how it washes. I gave it a 4 because the shorts do not have adjustable waistband.
