High hopes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this drafting chair for my office desk which is higher than normal. The chair arrives in good condition and was easy to assemble. However, shortly after the foot ring would not stay in position. No matter how tight I tried to secure it, it would always fall to the floor. Then the back cushion was never able to tightly screw into the support. The screws do not line up with the pre-drilled mounting holes. It is being held with one screw only and is frustrating. I'm sorry that the quality is not what I expected, because it is the chair I needed.
