Our shed came with one of the boxes damaged and taped over. We looked at the pieces we could see and nothing looked damaged. So we proceeded to take everything out of all 3 boxes and inventory every piece and part. Well, at the end of this process we realized that there was no hardware or small pieces. That must have busted out of the box and the FedEx worker or driver must have ckeaned all that hardware up and got rid if it. We contacted the seller, and she told us that the shed was discontinued and that she couldn't replace the hardware, or the small parts. She first iffered to give us $80 and if we could buy the hardware. I told her that there was no way of knowing what we needed, and that the snall parts still couldn't be replaced. I told her that we would have to return it for a refund, minus the $99 shipping. Not a very satisfying outcome for either of us. And again, I knew this was not the company's fault, But what could we do? This very nice lady said we could just keep the shed, and that she would refund the purchase price. Well, she did that, plus she added in $71 towards shipping. She really went above and beyond, and we appreciate it. Lecea is her name, and she turned a very bad situation into a much smaller inconvenience. She really went above and beyond what she had to do. I would definitely consider buying another shed from Sandinrayli.
