Low lift batting, perfect size and lightness

I always use Fairfield when making my lap quilts. They are easy to just unroll and pin to top and bottom layers. They are easy thickness is perfect for lap quilts too. It’s light enough to cover up in you chair and read a book or watching tv.

Batting is great for baby quilts

Low loft batting is my favorite for all the baby quilts I make. Living in a warmer climate, my quilts can be used longer because they are light weight, pack smaller so they are easier to carry with the baby. I usually do a light quilting around the theme of the quilts so it is spaced farther apart than most designs would be. I have never had a batting shift and it holds its shape just great!
