Just what I needed!

Bought the 3/4"x3/4"x1/4" T-connector to replace a saddle valve that supplied water to my whole house humidifier. After cutting the 3/4" copper pipe to remove the section containing the saddle valve, I needed to remove the other end of the copper pipe from a SharkBite 90 degree elbow that was installed by a plumber. The 90 degree elbow connected the copper pipe to PEX. It took more muscle than I had, to use the disconnecting clip to remove the copper pipe from the elbow. I was, however, able to remove the elbow from the PEX and then got assistance from my brother to remove the copper pipe from the SharkBite elbow. Connecting the new SharkBite T-connector to the existing copper pipe stub was a breeze, as was connecting a new piece of copper pipe from the T-connector to the elbow, and the elbow back onto the PEX. Quality product, good instructions found online, and everything was leak proof from the get go.
