I used this jeans zipper to replace a broken zipper in a fleece pullover with a metal quarter-zip. It was the only heavy duty zipper I could find that was short enough. It worked perfectly. Fabric tape is strong and also wide enough for a zipper foot to easily maneuver. Zipper slide moves up and down the teeth easily; pull locks well. The pull itself wasn't designed for a jacket so I might add a pull extender for convenience. Price very reasonable.
