Poor craftsmanship

I love the design with the black border, but the quality is poor. It's also a very thin rug. I can't get the folds/wrinkles out. It's been on my floor, weighted with books, for almost a month, and it still doesn't lay flat. It also has lots of frayed edges and sheds a lot! Certainly not worth $250.00!!!
