Decodable Stories and Phonics Activities, Level A, grades K1 includes 12 robust units and word games that align to Science of Reading and feature these word families:

Each unit includes:

• An activity page that introduces six decodable word family words and sight words from the story
• An illustrated story that features the word family words and sight words that were just introduced
• Reading comprehension activities
• Writing activities
• A slide and read word slider with up to 10 word family words

Word Games

Three 4-in-a-row word games feature two word families each and include:

• 5 different game boards
• A callers board
• Callers cards
• A game cover (to put on the envelope or container where the game is stored)
