HP reliability. This is my 7th HP computer. My previous HP laptop with Windows 8 still work great. The lid got closed with a pen inside and cracked the case, so I bought this new laptop. I hot glued the case on the older laptop and using it for streaming to my TV. My HP desktop with Windows XP was still like new. I formatted it and gave it to my grandchildren. My first HP laptop after a year need to be formatted. The disk provided was not compatible with the hard drive. I call HP, they repaired it with free shipping both ways. Haven't bought anything except HP since.
