Dosage
Add 6.47 g (approx. 1 scoop) to 12–14fl oz of water, mix well, and drink immediately, 30–60 minutes before your meal. Drink an additional glass of water. Do not take ColonBroom Premium less than 2 hours before bedtime. Users may experience some changes in bowel movements or feel bloated as the body adjusts to the increased fiber intake. Take 1 scoop per day to start and increase to 1 scoop twice per day.
