Not as described

Did not come "free figure" as advertised and the size is only about 7.5 inches long instead of 10 inches long; 3.25 inches wide instead of 6 inches as advertised. The Jeep itself is built of good quality but I am disappointed with the size description not matching actual item and it not including the free figure.
