Great lock

I've had this lock for 5 years. It's never given me any issues. I have several codes I'm using. The battery life is at least a year but, then I knew there was a big difference between rechargeable and regular batteries and the power they provide. Do not use rechargeable batteries, plain and simple. It's not wifi enabled so it only works via Bluetooth when you're in range. If you don't understand the technical side of this lock, you may have unrealistic expectations. This lock works as it should and as described.

Basic but solid lock

We are using one of these on the main door for several years with no issue, battery holds on well too. With some doors, you just need to pull the door when locking so it locks in the place. The only complaint is the short Bluetooth range, you must almost be in front of the door for the app to work. I've bought a second one and going to order the 3rd lock for the suite door. One feedback on the app and I'm an IT pro, the app UI is designed so bad that I added a new home since I couldn't find the Add a new lock option on the screen! You need to redesign the UI and make adding locks to existing home more clear.

Meh

I've had this for 2 years now. The pros: smooth locking feature, and the temp codes for contractors and family are nice. The cons: no light up keypad, no wifi access. If I had to get another lock, I'd probably pony up a little more and make sure it has a light up key pad and wifi.

Hello Shane, To illuminate the keypad, please push the LOCK button at the top of the keypad while the deadbolt is in the Locked position. All the buttons on the keypad will light up to enter your user code.
