Very poor customer service and products questionab

Ordered a queen bed frame. Box said queen but it was a king. Walmart is not cooperating on sending this back. This is the second queen bed frame ordered that was a king. Waited two weeks and still not picked up for return. Customer service terrible. They will not pick up the items nor will they give me a refund. The boxes are several hundred pounds which I cannot lift to return. Do not recommend purchasing from Walmart ever
