Not very happy

I purchased this product and it took forever to get it and they only sent the face shield. It specifically says helmet with face shield. When I asked where the helmet was, they asked me to send a copy of the description of the product along with the packaging it came in. Of course I have no clue what my grandson did with that! Aggravating!!
