I love this phone! You can't tell its been used. I have metro PCS and I took my old Sim card from my old phone, pop it in this phone and called metro to activate. that's it! It has one tint scratch on it but you can't see it at all. It took me several hours before I even noticed it. I added a screen protector and its gone. You can do so many things with this phone. I use it for work and personal. The seller was super fast responding to all my questions first before buying. The battery hold up great. Much better than my Samsung 8. I'm planning on buying more for the hubby and kids.

I really love this phone I was super excited to get it. from the first day I received the phone it gave me a water in the charger port warning. it eventually went away and begin charging but now it is happening more frequently. I'm so sad and disappointed I really thought it was an issue I could ignore because I like the phone so much in the price. just wish it would have worked out.
