Pictsweet Sweet Potato Patties, 21 Pound

The merchandise was slated to be delivered before Thanksgiving. Received an email stating the food was no longer in stock and another email stated that food had been delivered to the wrong address. However, the food was dropped off a few days after Thanksgiving on the front entryway and sat that for over 8 hours until I returned home. When I opened the Styrofoam cooler: 1. The food was spoiled 2. The food package had been cut opened and some of the potatoes had fallen out of the original packaging. The food could not been sent back because it smelled from the spoilage and the food had defrosted. I had to through the contents away. A refund was requested and granted through me bank immediately when I received the information regarding delivery initially for this item only.
