Not a bad skirt for the price.

The skirt isn't bad but it's a lot bigger overall than I expected. I wear a m/l because I'm short and round. if it's a long, stretchy item I get a medium (which this is), but if it's a shorter, tighter elastic band I get a large (which it appears this was). But I just cut about 4 inches off the internal skirt and stitched it up and it looks like the photo now. The elastic on this thing is SUPER stretchy just fyi before you buy.
