Customer service ruined what would have been5stars

The bed is incredible. Perfect and exactly like the picture. I'm so impressed. The downfall was the fact that it did not come with hardware. I ordered this bed on May 30th - it's now June 10th and still no hardware. Also they have been an absolute pain (Walmart) to communicate with to get the hardware.
