Ok, I just received my item in the mail. Excited to use it and see what results I can achieve. Con: The item did not come with instructions. I'm pretty savvy with putting things together, so it didn't cause me any problems, but if you're not good with putting stuff together, this may not be for you. Overall, it's fairly easy to assemble and I tried it for about a minute since I'm at work. It is noisy as others suggested, but I don't know why the expectation is for it to be quiet.
