I started taking this pumpkin seed oil for hair loss and cholesterol. It's hard to tell if it has helped with the hair loss, but it did help my cholesterol! I made a few minor food and exercise changes along with the pumpkin seed oil and got my levels from slightly elevated to normal so I have continued to take it. The capsules are easy to take and do not have an after taste nor upset my stomach.
